Specialist: Digital Operations Support
Description

To continuously ensure Online Infrastructure and Application availability is optimal by driving effective incident and customer service request resolutions.
To identify error and bug trends, perform deep dive analysis and drive ownership until resolution.
Maintain relationships with all relevant stake holders and hold stake holders accountable for errors/bugs.
Identify system failures and/or improvements in order to improve the way of work and turnaround times.
Understand and support EBU business
Support of EBU customers on Siebel EBU
Troubleshoot and support of Aftersales queries/manual Order processing of outstanding orders on Eppix
Troubleshoot and Support of E-commerce store queries with professional email etiquette when responding to customers.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric essential
  • Relevant short courses/certificates
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience essential in a web/digital/telecoms or IT environment with exposure to:
  • Javascript
  • Web Page structures
  • Basic ITIL Foundation
  • Agile Methodologies
  • SQL
  • Reporting tools such as Qlikview /Adobe/Google Analytics (advantageous)
  • Service Management tools such as Remedy/HP Service Desk (advantageous)
  • Business requirements specification writing
